Nothing I can find on Gargoyles or the Archdeacon, since they were in the original German version. We’ll see.

I will see if I can for later posts  find any info on these actors. I’m sure I find something.

From what I heard Frollo is the Archdeacon.

Michael Arden (Quasimodo) was Tom Sawyer in Big River and appeared opposite Jenna Leigh Green in the original Off-Broadway production of BARE.

Patrick Page (Frollo) is the husband of former Trading Spaces host Paige Davis. In fact they met during the first national tour of Beauty and the Beast, he was Lumiere and she was Babette. Later he played Scar in B’way’s The Lion King, The Grinch and the Green Globin in Spider-Man Turn off the Dark.

Ciara Renee (Esmeralda) played the Witch in the B’way production of Big Fish and is currently playing the Leading Player in the revival of Pippin until September 14th. Other roles include Mimi in Rent, Sarah in Ragtime and Carrie in Carousel.

Andrew Samonsky (Phoebus) appeared in the short-lived national tour of Disney’s On the Record and replaced Matthew Morrison as Lt. Joe Cable in the revival of South Pacific. He also appeared in the revival of Edwin Drood, and the La Jolla Playhouse production of Little Miss Sunshine.

Erik Liberman (Clopin) appeared in LoveMusik on Broadway.

FUN FACT: Alan Menken’s daughter Nora Menken is in the show’s ensemble and Stephen Schwartz’s son Scott Schwartz is directing this.

Thanks for the Info and the Fun fact. ^^

That is a cool that Frollo will be the Archdeacon like he was in the Book.
