I would say Hell Yes! He is a bit old for Frollo but considering some paths movie versions has taken with the character I would say he is average age. He doesn’t have Frollo’s angularness but make-up could help with that and there is a harshness to him that would work for the character.

On the acting front I think he could pull off Frollo’s torment very well. Another selling point is that Spacey has already played a character who obsessed with a young girl in American Beauty

Really I don’t think I need to explain Spacey as a great casting pick for Frollo.
