Season Two sees Daphne in her happily ever phase as she is married to Simon, the Duke of Hasting, though he does not appear in season two, and she is a mother to a baby boy named August (Auggie.) As she older and wiser, Daphne’s role in season two is offering romantic advice and being observant to her brother’s romantic entanglements.

Daphne’s Season 2 Wardrobe
After Daphne is wed in the middle of season one she wears mainly purples, a combination of the Bridegerton blue and Hasting’s red. This is carried over into season two as she keeps to purple as well as pinks and some other tones as well.
This page is a ranking of Daphne’s costumes in season two. She appears in five episodes in season two and has a total of eleven costumes. Not counting Daphne is in the flashbacks.
The costumes are ranked on memorability, aesthetics and how well they reflect Daphne, The Duchess of Hastings.
Also subjective opinions could be a factor in the ranking, can’t be helped. Also order can change.
Sadly Daphne doesn’t appear past season two.
Spoilers Through Season 2
11. Silver Evening Gown
Daphne and Anthony have opposing ideas of love and attachment. Daphne believes in grand passionate love and Anthony wants an amiable match as he traumatized by grief. As Daphne needles him on his choice in a one-on-one scene she wears a pale silver short sleeved evening gown with a sheer embroidery overlay with a textured trim along the waistline.
It’s a rather simple dress, quite minimal but pretty enough but the low-lighting doesn’t help it stand out.
10. Purple Tulip Sleeved Dress
As Anthony makes major mistake and proposes to Edwina on the steps on Aubrey Hall, Daphne is a silent on-looker. Her dress is a muted purple with short tulip sleeves. It has a sheer purple overlay with a floral pattern with a satin purple ribbon at the waistband.
It’s pretty but it’s a blink and you miss it costume. This dress is a repeat of a season one dress from episode six when Rose is brushing Daphne’s hair, they just added the ribbon trim at the waistband.
9. Silver Dinner Evening Gown
At family dinner at Aubrey Hall, Daphne wears a silver beaded gown. There is abuzz at this dinner because everyone thinks Anthony is going to propose to Edwina. He does not, much to Daphne’s relief as she suspects Anthony’s feelings are not for Edwina but rather her elder sister Kate.
While the low-lighting and the fact that only the top of the gown can be seen it makes it hard to judge this gown. It’s silver with a embroidered sheer overlay and flutter sleeves. There is some small beads at the waistline and some sparkles edge the overlay at the hem of the sleeves.
While silver is not one Daphne’s colors it is used to indicate her status as one of married ladies.
8. The Presentation Gown
Bridgerton seasons starts with the Presentation of the Debutantes to the Queen. Daphne attends to support her younger sister, Eloise.
Daphne’s dresses for the occasion is a minimally embellished white gown with tulip sleeves. The overlay that has some subtle embroidered nubs with gold floral embroidery along the neckline. Her jewelry is gold with a floral motif.
This a very lovely elegant gown with beautiful sense of simplicity.
7. Gathered Sleeved Dress
As they prepare for the ball, Daphne and Violet discuss marriage and how a Bridgertons need a partner who provides a challenge, in the character growth sense.
Her dress is pinkish-purple with a floral pattern. The sleeves are gathered and are a nice change of pace for her costumes.
6. Purple Day Dress
At beginning of episode three, Daphne and Auggie arrive at Aubrey Hall for a short family visit and for a ball. As she arrives with her baby boy, Daphne wears a purple dress with a lightweight sheer overlay.
This dress so very similar to dress Daphne wears in a season one, just with narrower sleeves and cooler toned purple for the waist trim. It would make sense to alter the dress rather than make a new costume since alter an existing costumes saves time and money. Changing the sleeves from puffed to narrow makes the dress more grown-up and less romantic than it did in season one.
It’s a no frill dress that just let’s Daphne shine and was used in early pictures of the season.
5. The Pall Mall Dress
The Pall Mall was lifted from a very popular scene in The Viscount Who Loved Me, the book that season two was inspired by. Pall Mall is an antagonist game that is a precursor to croquet and the Bridgerton siblings enjoy playing while being devilish.
Daphne’s pall mall dress is a sheer white overlay on a very light lavender silk underlayer with tulips sleeves. The overlay has silver an purple embroidered appliqués.
It’s a pretty and delicate costume which is in contrast to the cutthroat nature of the game but Daphne did say she was an complete enigma so perhaps dressing is soft demure dress was part of her strategy to win and it worked.
4. Wedding Guest Attire
To her brother’s bungled wedding, Daphne wears a pinkish light purple silk gown with sheer beaded embroidered overlay. The overlay has combination of larger beaded white flowers with purple centers and beaded purple spiky flowers. A a row of thin purple beads edge the flutter sleeves as well at the waistline.
3. Purple and White Lace Dress
As the Ton descends on Aubrey Hall for the Hearts and Flowers Ball, Daphne acts as hostess with her mother.
As she greats members of the Ton, Daphne wears a silk purple dress with flutter sleeves. The dress has white lace overlay with few white and blue embroidered flowers. It’s a nice mix of her family’s colors with a slightly different type of overlay for Daphne which suits the idyllic setting.
2. Hearts and Flowers Ballgown
As Bridgerton has gone on, the Balls have evolved to centering on themes. These theme typically involve a color palette. For the ball at Aubrey Hall, The Hearts and Flower. Ball, the theme is pinks.
Daphne’s ballgown is a very light almost white shade of pink. It has lightweight flutter sleeves which gives the silhouette a soft romantic appearance that is punctured by her talking to Anthony about romantic feelings coming to the surface.
Much like Daphne’s other costumes it has a floral overlay embellished with rhinestones. Her double band flower tiara is the same one she wore at the end season one episode two
The Hearts and Flowers Ball is one of the show loveliest costumed Balls in Bridgerton.
1. The Epilogue Dress
Bridgerton seasons conclude with a happily ever after epilogue, for Anthony and Kate, it’s a spicy scene followed by a game of Pall Mall at Aubrey Hall. Daphne is there along with her son who is now walking.
Daphne’s epilogue dress a light cool tone pink with a floral white lace overlay. The flowers on the lace have five pointed petal giving the look an angular textural look to the lace.
This also the last time we see Daphne in the series at least this look last is relaxed, happy and suits her own happy ending.
