Is it just me or does it seem like Alessandra Ferrari has the same intonations as Tina Arena? Why do English language Esmeraldas have a tendency to belt even though the music doesn’t warrant it?

So here is a question. How many Casts are used in this ad?
My Guess is 4; London (audio), Original French dvd, 2005 Asian Tour Cast, and the Russian Cast (I believe I spotted Alexander Postolenko as Gringoire at 21 seconds).
So the ad doesn’t use the cast that will be performing the play but here is a follow-up question. Which member of the World Tour Cast is in the ad?
