It would seem  that the performances of Notre Dame de Paris that were going to be at Crocus City Hall in November have been canceled.

Edited – It will be at the Kremlin Palace, November 13th to the 17th. The “World” Tour Cast will be reprising their roles. I can’t help being a little disappointed  that it’s the same cast. I want so new blood in the roles.

Still from the Crocus City performances in Moscow.

More Happy Fun Picture of the World Tour Cast ay Crocus City

Is it just me or does it seem like Alessandra Ferrari has the same intonations as Tina Arena? Why do English language Esmeraldas have a tendency to belt even though the music doesn’t warrant it?

Enjoy

So here is a question. How many Casts are used in this ad?

My Guess is 4; London (audio), Original French dvd, 2005 Asian Tour Cast, and the Russian Cast (I believe I spotted Alexander Postolenko as Gringoire at 21 seconds).

So the ad doesn’t use the cast that will be performing the play but here is a follow-up question. Which member of the World Tour Cast is in the ad?

If you said Matt Laurent, you’re obessed with Notre Dame de Paris, Good for you!

Bonus Videos

Richard Charest as Gringoire singing Ages of the Cathedrals.

I think he sounds pretty good in English.

And news coverage (can hear Charest, Carlye, and Ferrari singing)
