I really love their chemistry, it so cute.

Since it’s Friday the 13th and we’re focusing on Notre Dame de Paris this month I created a special fan-art for the occasion
I was aiming for a creepy/spooky vibe. I tried to make it look like Esmeralda was a demonic ghoul haunting Frollo.

I don’t really enjoy the singing or the performance that much, Tony Jay is just infinitely cooler as Frollo (see I did a thing there). However I enjoy the lyric (here is another video with the French lyrics and translation) Then I had a thought, how cool would it be if Daniel Lavoie (Frollo in Notre Dame de Paris) sang a cover of Hellfire in either English or French? That would be sooo awesome ^^ Anyway enjoy “Infernal”
Follow thehunchblogNotre Dame de Paris original Alumni Julie Zenatti and Daniel Lavoie (Fleur de Lys and Frollo) performed together in Kiev on June 1 2012.
Lavoie and Zenatti singing Ils s’aiment
I love this song and I love Zenatti’s addition to it, they show record an offical recording of it.
Zenatti singing La monture
Lavoie singing most of Belle Belle
Lavoie singing Tu vas me détruire
Lavoie sings this with an acoustic guitar
Lavoie singing Etre prêtre et aimer une femme
Good news, July 9-10 The Original Notre Dame de Pris Troup (Garou, Helene Segara, Daniel Lavoie, Bruno Pelletier, Patrick Fiori, Luck Merville and Julie Zenatti ) will perform in Beirut, Lebanon. For more info co this website; Evention
While this is great news, I just wonder how long it will take for one the Notre Dame de Paris concerts to be in Canada or for that matter somewhere in the Westren Hemisphere. I mean 4/7 of the original cast members are Canadians. And there is a decent number of past cast members who are from the Western Hemisphere. So when will it happen? I know there was a rumor last year about the Original Troupe performing in Montreal in the summer but Garou was in Cirque du Soleil, so that didn’t happen. But I hope it happens soon.
Follow thehunchblogToday we’re going to look at Anne Meson.
Meson has played both Esmeralda and Fleur de Lys. Other Actresses who shares this distinction are Julie Zenatti, Chiara di Bari and Jessica Grove. She is one of 10 actors that have been in two casts that are in different languages (Garou, Daniel Lavoie, Bruno Pelletier, Luck Merville, Natasha St.Pier, Matt Laurent, Robert Marien, Chiara Di Bari, Dennis Ten Vergert and Tim Driesen)
Meson when she was younger was the French Disney ambassador and sang songs for Oliver, Little Mermaid and Chip and Dale, Rescue Rangers. She sang Part of that World on the Little Mermiad 1990 sound track

March 29 is apparently Ananke Day according to the good people at The Frollo Forum. Ananke was the original inspiration for the character of Frollo. Victor Hugo say the word carved into a wall in Notre Dame and wonder about the person who carved it. It’s a greek concept that means roughly (very, very very roughly) “Death Destiny”.
So in honor Ananke Day here’s a video of “Anarkia” from Notre Dame de Paris peformed by Daniel Lavoie (Frollo) and Bruno Pelletier (Grongoire) Enjoy
Also I know I put this song as number 7 in the worst song list of Notre Dame de Paris but I really do enjoy it. So many subject changes for such a short song, I think Gringoire has ADD.
