Nothing since May 2012! In all seriousness, Brolin is going to be in new movie. It’s a disaster movie that takes place on Mt.Everest. He is going to be in Spike Lee’s remake of Oldboy which slated to come out in Novmeber.  So when he start promoting Oldboy maybe he will add the word “hip” to describe his Hunchback movie. And when he is promoting the Everest movie he will introduced the word  “Spicy” into the mix. So we’ll have a Jazzy, Funky, Hip, Spicy version of  The Hunchback of Notre Dame.

I did find some new info regarding Brolin’s adaptation. Initially Tim Burton was slated to direct, but it seems the movie has found a new director. And the film has a title other than The Hunchback of Notre-Dame…it’s Quasimodo.

    I’m holding out for “groovy.”
This should totally be a poll or contest or something.

I don’t care what word he uses to describe it, just as long as it still has the CGI cats.

If it doesn’t CGI cats, I’m going to petition for a boycott ^_~

I doubt he’ll go as far as to say hip yet. The most we can hope for is the occasional “radical” with mention of frollo wearing a sideways baseball cap or something

The reason why I said the word “hip” is because it a akin to word the “funky.” Basically I was just saying that instead of saying anything specific on movie all Brolin does is add words to describe how the film will be.
